Salads are one of the most healthy and easy recipes to make. But sometimes they can be very boring. Give your boring salad a crunchy twist with this recipe.


1 cup mixed sprouts (chickpeas, back peas, Moong beans, moth sprouts, beans, white epas, green peas etc.)
Salt as per requirement
1 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp True Elements 5 in 1 Superseed Mix
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. boil all the sprouts in salt water.
  2. Strain the water.
  3. add salt, chaat masala and red chili powder.
  4. Squeeze lemon in this and mix well.
  5. Now add True Elements 5 in 1 super seed mix and mix well.
  6. While serving, sprinkle more seeds for garnish and enjoy!
