Apple Chia Smoothie
An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Here’s a delicious and nutritious way to start your day or for any time of the day, really! It’s so refreshing and filling too. All it takes is five minutes and three ingredients to whip up this cold and delicious smoothie. Have it for breakfast or in the evening when hunger starts to kick in and it'll leave you feeling happy and full.
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1.5 tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Add 1 Chopped Apple, 1 cup of cold Yoghurt, 1tsp Peanut Butter(optional) and 1.5tsp of Chia Seeds in a blender.
- Blend it well and serve it chilled.
- Voila! Quick Smoothie ready to be relished!
