Evenings are generally the time our cravings creep in and with all the summer heat we crave something fresh and chilled. Try this Banana Cranberry Smoothie that can be made in just 2 simple steps.

Ingredients


1 Banana
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp True Elements Dried Cranberries
½ tbsp True Elements Raw Honey

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Blend together all the ingredients until you get a creamy smooth texture.
  2. Pour in a glass and chill it in the fridge for 30-40 mins. Serve it cold.
