Banana Nuts Smoothie

Smoothies are best for breakfast, this banana smoothie loaded with dried fruits and nuts is filling and yummy at the same time.


2 cup Milk
2 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix
1/2 cup Banana
1 tbsp Tue Elements Raw Honey (Optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Mix together Banana and Milk in a mixer grinder.
  2. Add True Elements Raw Honey if required. At this stage, you can add 1 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Mix.
  3. Grind this mixture properly.
  4. Top the smoothie with True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix.
