This heavenly smoothie is perfect to uplift your mood in the morning! Oh and also, it’s just 364 calories!


250ml Almond/Soy milk
1 medium Banana
40 gms Oats
1 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tsp True Elements Raw Honey
Sugar-free Dark chocolate as per your choice.

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar and blend them smooth.
  2. Top this smoothie with some fresh banana, dried fruits and nuts.
  3. Enjoy chilled in the morning.
