Topped with a Multivitamin trail mix, this bowl tastes heavenly. It is a very healthy and incredibly delicious breakfast recipe!


2 frozen plum
2 frozen banana
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp True Elements Multivitamin Trail Mix
1 tbsp Pomegranate
Slices of 1 banana
1 cup Milk

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Blend the banana, plum, and milk together into a smooth paste.
  2. Serve it in the bowl and top with fruits and seeds.
