Bhumi Pednekar's Weight Loss Diet Plan
The Bollywood fame Bhumi Pednekar is not only famous for her acting, but she is famous for her dedication and hard work that she has shown to her fans by reducing 21 kgs just in 4 months. Bhumi has become a role model for many people by losing her weight.
So let us have an overview of her healthy and balanced diet that she has taken:
Breakfast:
Bhumi starts her day by taking a glass of warm water daily. After that, she takes muesli along with skimmed milk and sunflower seeds for her breakfast. After this, she has a workout. Post-workout she takes whole wheat bread along with 2 egg white omelettes.
Lunch:
Her lunch normally consists of multigrain roti that contains bajra, jowar, nachni and soya. She also takes a little white butter, dal tadka, vegetables that are fully made in olive oil, and a bowl of homemade curd or buttermilk. Sometimes she has grilled chicken or brown bread sandwiches for lunch. Someday she prefers cucumber and carrots with a bowl of brown rice.
Evening Snacks:
She takes healthy snacks around 4:30 in the evening which consist of fruits like pear, apple, or guava. After taking these fruits she has a cup of tea along with some almonds or walnuts. Then she takes some break and around 7 pm she has a big bowl of salad which contains apple, dried berries, walnuts dressed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar or some olive oil and garlic.
Dinner:
The dinner-only contains nutritious food. If she wants to eat non-veg then she has grilled fish or chicken. If she wants to eat something vegetarian then she has fresh grilled paneer or tofu with stir-fried or steamed veggies in it.
