This Blueberry Blast Smoothie is jam-packed with flavour and adds the nutritious punch of antioxidants and protein! This cold, frothy shake is a vibrant shade of purple and as delicious as it is beautiful. It is quick and simple to prepare and nourishes the body. It can also be used to gratify your mid-meal hunger pangs and also as a pre-workout drink.


1/2 cup True Elements Dried Blueberries
2 Banana, ripe
1 cup Plain yogurt
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 pinch Nutmeg, ground

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until the mixtures turn smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour the creamy smoothie in two glasses and serve immediately.
