Blueberry Smoothie

Make a refreshing glass of smoothie loaded with healthy ingredients like chia seeds, blueberries, and bananas.


1/2 cup True Elements Dried Blueberries (Soaked in water for 1 hour)
2 tbsp hung curd
1 cup milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds (Soaked in milk for 1 hour)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Blend everything except chia seeds.
  2. Add the smoothie in glass and top it with chia seeds and some dried blueberries.
  3. Serve chilled.
