Cheese Upma Bombs

Description
For the cheese lover in you, we bring a delicious snack. This upma ball is very tasty and very easy to make.
Ingredients
1 cup Grated Cheese ( Preferably mozzarella but you can use processed cheese too)
2 cups True Elements Millet Upma (Cooked as per pack instructions)
1 boiled potato
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil
1 cup Refined flour
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano or mixed herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- First in a bowl add cheese, chilli flakes and oregano and mix well
- In another bowl add refined flour, black pepper and salt and mix well. Make the batter and keep it aside
- Lay the bread crumbs on a flat plate
- Heat oil in a kadhai
- In another bowl mix upma, aloo, and 1 tbsp breadcrumbs and make a soft dough.
- Now, make small rounds out of this dough.
- Make a well in the middle and add the cheese mix into it
- Roll the ball completely.
- Dip the bowl in refined flour batter.
- Roll this in the bread crumbs
- Deep fry these balls until golden brown.
- Serve them hot.
