If you love cheese poppers, this one's for you. The melting cheese makes the popper super delicious and the outer crispy layer will leave you wanting more.


1 cup True Elements Multigrain Dalia ( Cooked as per pack instructions )
4-5 cheese slices broken into pieces. (You can use cheese cubes, cut them in pieces)
2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 cup Besan
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Oil to fry
1 boiled potato (Mashed)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and mix well. Add water and make a batter.
  2. In another bowl add dalia, potato and 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
  3. Add a tsp of salt and chilli powder. Mix all well and make a dough.
  4. Make small balls of dough.
  5. Flatten the balls and stuff cheese in between. Close the balls.
  6. Heat a kadhai and add oil.
  7. Roll the balls in batter and then in bread crumbs.
  8. Fry them in the oil and serve them.
