Description
Chia Basil pudding is the tastiest way of eating healthy seeds. Top it with kiwis and you have an exotic dessert that is super healthy ready to eat in the morning.
Ingredients
2 tbsp True Elements Chia Basil Seeds
1 cup Milk
Chopped Papaya
Sliced Kiwi
Almonds
1 cup Milk
Chopped Papaya
Sliced Kiwi
Almonds
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl first, pour the chia basil seeds.
- Add milk and mix it well until no lumps.
- Keep this aside for 10-15 minutes.
- In a jar first, add kiwis.
- Then add soaked chia basil seeds.
- Top this with chopped papaya almonds.
- Serve chilled.
