Chia Mixed Berry Shake

Bored of eating simply soaked chia seeds? Try this super tasty chia and berry milkshake recipe for your cheat day!
Ingredients
1 cup Vanilla Ice cream
2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds (soaked in water for 30 mins)
1 tsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp True Elements Berries Mix
2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds (soaked in water for 30 mins)
1 tsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsp True Elements Berries Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Take a mixer jar and add vanilla ice cream.
- Add chia seeds, chocolate syrup and berries mix.
- Grind it well until you get smooth consistency
- Pour in the glass, top with berries mix and Serve it chilled.
