To make your rush hour mornings hassle-free, with no cooking or much preparation, all you need to do is whip up a cup of Chia Oatmeal.
Healthy, tasty and completely wholesome, this Oatmeal can be easily relished with Calcium-rich Chia Seeds to meet all your nutrient requirements in one go. Top it off with granola, nuts, or (fresh or dried) fruit and enjoy it warm or cold.


Half cup Rolled Oats
1 spoon Chia
Fruits and nuts of your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. For a quick meal, combine half cup rolled oats with half cup milk.
  2. Then add 1spoon chia, add fruits and nuts of your choice.
  3. Mix and refrigerate overnight or for 2hours minimum in order to relish!
