Chia Pudding Parfait
This chia pudding parfait is a super tasty and super healthy breakfast recipe!
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl add milk, chia seeds, and honey. Mix it well and refrigerate for an hour.
- In a glass first, add muesli. Add fruits and top it with soaked chia seeds.
- Repeat the steps until you reach the rim of the glass.
- Serve this parfait chilled.
