This chia pudding parfait is a super tasty and super healthy breakfast recipe!


2 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 cup Milk
Fruits of your choice
1/2 cup True Elements Seeds and Berries Muesli
1 tsp True Elements Raw Honey

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add milk, chia seeds, and honey. Mix it well and refrigerate for an hour.
  2. In a glass first, add muesli. Add fruits and top it with soaked chia seeds.
  3. Repeat the steps until you reach the rim of the glass.
  4. Serve this parfait chilled.
