Chia Pudding Shots

Description
Why have boring desserts when you can try these super easy, tasty, and healthy chia pudding shots.
Ingredients
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp White Chocolate
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
1 tsp True Elements Berries Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Heat a pan and milk in it.
- Once the milk boils, add white chocolate.
- Add chia seeds in this and mix well.
- Keep stirring until chocolate melts to avoid burning.
- Once chocolate melts, turn the heat off and let the mixture cool completely.
- Serve the pudding in shot glasses and top it with protein mix and berries mix.
- Serve chilled.
