A quick, ready-to-dive in delicious smoothie for the "always in a hurry" you. With extremely no cooking or hectic preparations, this wholesome bowl of Protein Boost is all you need for meeting your daily requirement of Protein. Topped with Calcium-rich Chia Seeds, this can also be great addition to your Summer Smoothie Recipes.


1/2 Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 spoon Protein Mix powdered form
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Honey

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Along with 1/2 cup Rolled Oats & Milk, add Protein Powder of your choice, it can be of any flavour.
  2. Add half spoon Chia seeds & 3-4crushed almonds to it.
  3. Put honey to sweeten only if required. Mix it and refrigerate. Voila! Your Protein Licious Meal is ready!
  4. Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day after consuming this.
