Chia Smoothie

A quick, ready-to-dive in delicious smoothie for the "always in a hurry" you. With extremely no cooking or hectic preparations, this wholesome bowl of Protein Boost is all you need for meeting your daily requirement of Protein. Topped with Calcium-rich Chia Seeds, this can also be great addition to your Summer Smoothie Recipes.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 spoon Protein Mix powdered form
1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon Honey
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Along with 1/2 cup Rolled Oats & Milk, add Protein Powder of your choice, it can be of any flavour.
- Add half spoon Chia seeds & 3-4crushed almonds to it.
- Put honey to sweeten only if required. Mix it and refrigerate. Voila! Your Protein Licious Meal is ready!
- Make sure to drink enough water throughout the day after consuming this.
