Choco Berry Baked Oats

Description
Baked oats are just like cake, but healthy! These ones especially are super delicious because of chocolate and berries.
Ingredients
2 cups True Elements Instant Oats
3/4 cups Milk
1 Banana, mashed
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
1/4 cup True elements Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt and baking powder
3/4 cups Milk
1 Banana, mashed
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chunks
1/4 cup True elements Dried Cranberries
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of salt and baking powder
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a large bowl add bananas and mash with a fork.
- Now whisk milk, sugar, cacao powder, vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, until everything is evenly combined.
- Fold in oats, dark chocolate, and dried cranberries.
- Pour into a baking dish. Smooth out the top as needed.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm with fresh berries/melted dark chocolate, enjoy.
