A tasty oatmeal recipe for a healthy morning. This chocolate peanut oat is a great way to start your day with a protein and fiber-rich breakfast


1 cup True Elements Rolled Oats
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
1 tbsp True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Chopped Almonds
Fresh Fruits

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except the daily dose and fresh fruits.
  2. Mix everything very well and keep it aside.
  3. Let the oats soak in the milk for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. While serving, top the oats with fresh fruits and daily dose trail mix.
  5. Serve chilled.
