These chocolate overnight oats are healthy, full of protein, and simply delicious! Rich dark chocolate chips are accented with a creamy oat base mixed with milk, yoghurt, maple syrup, and cacao powder. This recipe comes together within minutes and is the perfect option for breakfast or a post-workout snack!


1/2 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Milk
6-7 Oreo Biscuits

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a jar of Half cup Rolled Oats & half cup milk, add crushed chocolate biscuits (any chocolate biscuit will work).
  2. If you are working with Oreos, use only the chocolate part and not the vanilla inside.
  3. Mix the mixture and add a few bits and pieces of the biscuit to make the recipe more crunchy.
  4. Add a pinch of salt. Refrigerate and Enjoy!
