Finding delicious ways to incorporate Oats in our daily diet can be tricky, that is why we brought you this loaded oats and banana smoothie. This will satisfy your sweet craving while being healthy.
1 cup milk
A tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp True Elements Rolled Oats
1 tbsp True Elements Flax Seeds (ground/powdered)
4 Pitted dates
A handful of almonds and cashews
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a mixer jar add all the ingredients.
- At this stage, you can add ice if needed.
- Grind this mixture properly.
- If you like your smoothie slightly thin, add 1/4th cup of milk.
- Once the smoothie is ready, serve it in a glass and top it with freshly sliced bananas and a few almonds
