This is a very healthy version of pudding, as well as a healthier alternative for your sweet cravings.


1/2 cup True Elements Dried Cranberries.
1 cup milk (any type of milk)
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 cup True Elements Chia Seeds

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a glass/jar add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Keep this in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  3. Top this with some berries and serve chilled.
