Chia and Berries Pudding

Description
This is a very healthy version of pudding, as well as a healthier alternative for your sweet cravings.
Ingredients
1/2 cup True Elements Dried Cranberries.
1 cup milk (any type of milk)
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 cup True Elements Chia Seeds
1 cup milk (any type of milk)
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4 cup True Elements Chia Seeds
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a glass/jar add all the ingredients and mix well.
- Keep this in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Top this with some berries and serve chilled.
