Cinnamon is one spice that adds a whole bunch of flavor to any dish. It goes well with spicy food and sweet delicacies too. So we decided to add a pinch of cinnamon to our favorite overnight oats and the result was marvelous! Don’t take our word for it, try this recipe for yourself


30g True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal
200ml milk
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 Apple
1/2 Banana
1 tbsp Pomegranates
Jaggery as per taste

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Soak oats in milk with 1 tbsp freshly ground cinnamon powder
  2. Gently mix with spoon and let it refrigerate overnight.
  3. In a pan, heat water and add chopped apples.
  4. Boil it and add jaggery to it. Add 1 tbsp of cinnamon to it. Continue heating till the water is soaked up and apples turn tender brown.
  5. Take it off from flame and cool.
  6. You may add it to the overnight oats or use it as accompaniment
  7. Top the overnight oats with sliced bananas, pomegranates and cinnamon jaggery apples.
