Cinnamon’s vibrant flavors combined with healthy multigrain oatmeal make up for a tasty and nutritious breakfast that you can’t have enough of!


1/2 cup True Elements Multigrain Oatmeal
1 cup milk
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 tsp True elements Raw Honey
Fresh Fruits of choice.

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add the milk to the oats.
  2. Mix well lightly and add cinnamon powder and gently mix with a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  4. Add honey to it, plate it with a choice of fruits, and serve.
