For a gluten-free version, you only need to use gluten-free oats and for a vegan version, it is sufficient to substitute yoghurt with soy yoghurt. Healthy, delicious, and super easy to prepare, these 5-minute coffee overnight oats are best for a great make-ahead breakfast. Double or triple the recipe and meal-prep it for the entire week.

Ingredients


1/3 Cup of True Elements Rolled Oats
1/2 Tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Cup Coffee mixed with water
4 Tbsp Greek Yogurt
Mini Choco Chips

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Simply mix Oats, Chia Seeds Cinnamon Powder & Coffee in a glass bowl and refrigerate overnight
  2. Top it with Greek Yogurt in the morning and toppings of your choice.
