Super easy and healthy breakfast recipe! Healthy Yogurt Bowl that has the goodness of seeds, nuts and berries.


1 cup plain yoghurt
1 spoon raw honey
1 spoon True Elements Dried Whole Cranberries
1 spoon True Elements Dark Chocolate Granola
1 spoon True Elements Daily Dose Trail Mix
1 pinch of True Elements Chia Seeds
Fresh Fruits of your choice (optional)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add yoghurt and honey
  2. Then add all the ingredients
  3. Mix them well and top the bowl with your favourite fruits.
