Cranberry Walnut Salad

Need a quick and tasty Salad? This Cranberry Walnut Salad is our favourite and it explodes with flavour and a secret dressing that is SO easy to make. It is easy to prepare and is a nutritional powerhouse. Salad with cool greens, crunchy nuts, crisp fruits and chewy dried fruits is just perfect as a side dish or as your mid-evening meal. Enjoy your evenings with a large salad bowl, well salads can be healthy and tasty as well!
Ingredients
5 cups Salad greens (baby spinach, rocket leaves or any other greens of your choice)
1 Apple, chopped - medium
1 Pear, chopped - medium
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup Dried Cranberries
1 Apple, chopped - medium

Salad Dressing:
1 cup Apple juice, unsweetened
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar with mother of vinegar
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Organic Honey Sea salt- as desired
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
5 tbsp Olive oil
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Take a large bowl and toss in the greens, chopped apple and pear, walnuts, feta cheese and dried cranberries.
- Add the salad dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
- Add the dressing to the salad and toss well.
- Sit back and enjoy!
