Crunchy Berries Bars
We all have heard of Protein Bars, it’s time you make your own Granola Bar. It’s very simple to make, follow our step by step guide to treat yourself to this amazing granola bar that is filling, equally yummy and crunchy to its base! These are easy to make and so much better for you than store-bought bars, which can be loaded with sugar. Plus, this snack is tart, nutty, and energy-boosting.
Jaggery - 100 gm
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Heat and melt jaggery with a little but of water
- Roast crunchy nuts and berries muesli mix for about 10 mins
- Mix muesli with jaggery syrup and then spread it in a greased plate
- Put it in a refrigerator for 8 hours and then cut it in bar forms and its ready for consumption
