This is a protein-packed crunchy chat that can be enjoyed as a post-workout snack. Crunchy Pops make it crispy and paneer adds a different flavor.


1 tbsp paneer cubes
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 cup True Elements Crunchy Pops

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Serve with tea as a snack
