For a quick morning breakfast, a yogurt granola bowl is the best option. This one gets ready in 10 minutes and definitely makes you feel energized.


1 cup Yogurt
1 tsp True Elements Raw Honey
2 tbsp True Elements Chocolate Granola
1 tbsp True Elements Nuts and Berries Muesli
1 tsp Berries Mix
1 tbsp mixed fruits of your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Beat the yogurt and honey together until smooth
  2. In a bowl first add the yogurt. Top this with granola, muesli and mixed fruits
  3. Your Breakfast is ready
