Ingredients


1 peeled cucumber.
1 onion, chopped in tiny pieces.
1 tomato, chopped in tiny pieces.
1/2 cup of cooked sweet corn
1/2 cup Goji Berries
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
Salt as required.
lemon juice.
Black pepper as required.

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)


  1. Mix the finely chopped tomato, onion along with the cooked sweet corn in a bowl, add salt and black pepper as much as required, and keep it aside.
  2. Take a peeled cucumber, and cut it into 4 pieces.
  3. Scoop out the inner flesh of the cucumber pieces in such a way that it remains intact and seems like a container.
  4. Fill the void of the cucumber with the mixture.
  5. Garnish it with True Elements goji berries & chia seeds for a rich and delicious taste & serve it in a serving plate.
