Curd rice is a traditional recipe that is easy to make and really soothing. Here we bring our take on curd rice with this delicious Dahi Oats recipe.
1 and ½ cups fresh curd
2 green chilies
1/2 Grated cucumber
1/2 Finely chopped onion
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl, add oats, curd, chopped green chillies, salt, grated cucumber, and onion.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes till the oats absorb the water from the curd and turn a little soft.
- Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes and then serve cold.
