Quinoa is a super grain that helps boost metabolism and contains twice as much fiber as other grains. It is a great food to consume if you are looking to boost your immunity. This dahi quinoa recipe is definitely delicious and protein-packed.


1 cup True Elements Quinoa
1 tbsp curry leaves
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp green chilies
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp True Elements 9 in 1 Snack Mix

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Cook the quinoa and keep it aside.
  2. In another pan, heat some oil, add curry leaves, chili flakes, green chilies, urad dal.
  3. In a bowl add quinoa and curd. Add the tadka mix. Mix this mixture well.
  4. Top this with 9 in 1 mix.
