Egg Quinoa Salad
High in protein, this quinoa salad is a perfect meal. If you are looking for something light yet filling lunch, here is a healthy treat for you.
150g fresh spinach
2 clove garlic
1 boiled egg
Salt and Pepper as per taste
Directions(For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Cook the quinoa till almost done.
- Add oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic till light brown.
- Add chopped spinach to it and nicely stir till it releases water.
- Add salt, chili powder.
- Add cooked quinoa and cook together for a few minutes till done.
- Top it with boiled egg and pepper.
