High in protein, this quinoa salad is a perfect meal. If you are looking for something light yet filling lunch, here is a healthy treat for you.


1/2 cup True Elements Quinoa
150g fresh spinach
2 clove garlic
1 boiled egg
Salt and Pepper as per taste

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Cook the quinoa till almost done.
  2. Add oil in a pan and fry chopped garlic till light brown.
  3. Add chopped spinach to it and nicely stir till it releases water.
  4. Add salt, chili powder.
  5. Add cooked quinoa and cook together for a few minutes till done.
  6. Top it with boiled egg and pepper.
