Description
What is better than a chilled glass of falooda on a sunny summer day? And when you can make a falooda in a few simple steps it is even great
Ingredients
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Basil Seeds
300 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
Rasmalai syrup ( you can use any other syrup you have or like)
Vanilla Icecream
Mawa Cake
Nuts

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a bowl add basil seeds and 1 cup water and keep it aside.
- In another bowl add 1 cup milk and custard powder and mix well.
- Heat a pan and add the rest of the milk and sugar.
- Keep stirring until sugar dissolves and milk boils.
- Add the mixture of custard powder and milk into this milk.
- Keep stirring to avoid burning the milk.
- Remove it from the heat and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
- Take 1/2 cup soaked basil seeds and mix 1/2 cup of this mixed custard milk.
- Keep this mixture in the fridge for an hour.
- While serving, add the sabja milk to the glass.
- Top it with ice cream. Top that with nuts and mawa cake pieces.
- Serve it chilled.
