What is better than a chilled glass of falooda on a sunny summer day? And when you can make a falooda in a few simple steps it is even great


2 tbsp True Elements Raw Basil Seeds
300 ml milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp custard powder
Rasmalai syrup ( you can use any other syrup you have or like)
Vanilla Icecream
Mawa Cake

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a bowl add basil seeds and 1 cup water and keep it aside.
  2. In another bowl add 1 cup milk and custard powder and mix well.
  3. Heat a pan and add the rest of the milk and sugar.
  4. Keep stirring until sugar dissolves and milk boils.
  5. Add the mixture of custard powder and milk into this milk.
  6. Keep stirring to avoid burning the milk.
  7. Remove it from the heat and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Take 1/2 cup soaked basil seeds and mix 1/2 cup of this mixed custard milk.
  9. Keep this mixture in the fridge for an hour.
  10. While serving, add the sabja milk to the glass.
  11. Top it with ice cream. Top that with nuts and mawa cake pieces.
  12. Serve it chilled.
