Flax Seed Raita
Flax seeds are very healthy but it could be tricky to add these to your daily diet. That is why we bring this super easy flax seeds raita.
1 cup curd
1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/4 tsp black salt
1 1/2 tbsp roasted flaxseeds
Salt to taste
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Grind the roasted flax seeds in a blender until you get a coarse powder.
- In a pan add water and bottle gourd. Cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for until the bottle guard becomes tender. Strain it and keep it aside.
- In a bowl take the cooked bottle gourd and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour. Serve chilled.
