Flax Seeds and Bone Health
Bone health has been in talks a lot these days due to technology controlling and making us dependent on it. Functional fitness has been affected by this reason where now we use vacuum cleaners to sweep and dishwashers to clean. 5.If you bake cookies, you can go on and add some flax seeds in the cookie dough.
6.You can also use Flaxseed oil over your salad.
7.Just fill these seeds in your punch and eat it. Easy!
