Flax Seeds Chutney
As we all know, flax seeds are packed with nutrition and they should be a part of our daily diet. Make this super simple flax seeds chutney and enjoy it with your meals.
3-4dry Kashmiri red chilies
2tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1tsp amchur/dry mango powder
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Roast red chilies, cumin seeds, and roasted flax seeds.
- Grind all the ingredients together to make a coarse powder.
- Turn mixer on and off while grinding (don't grind it at a time as flaxseed will otherwise release oil).
- You can also use garlic in this chutney to add flavor.
