Ingredients


2 bananas (frozen)
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
2 tbsp True Elements Crunchy Nuts and Berries Muesli
Fresh Fruits of your choice

  1. In a blender add frozen bananas with milk, yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  2. Take this smoothie in a bowl and top with some fresh fruits, nuts, and muesli.
