Fruit And Nut Smoothie

Make this Heavenly Healthy Smoothie using the Berries Mix. It's a hassle-free breakfast packed with all essential nutrients.


1 small Banana
3-4 Almond
4 Dates
2 tbsp True Elements Berries mix
1 tsp True Elements Raw Honey
1/4th cup Milk
2 tbsp thinly sliced coconut (fresh/dried)

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a mixer grinder add all the ingredients except coconut slices.
  2. Grind it to a fine puree.
  3. Serve this smoothie in a bowl and top it with coconut flakes, almonds and berries.
