3-4 Almond
4 Dates
2 tbsp True Elements Berries mix
1 tsp True Elements Raw Honey
1/4th cup Milk
2 tbsp thinly sliced coconut (fresh/dried)

- In a mixer grinder add all the ingredients except coconut slices.
- Grind it to a fine puree.
