Description
If you crave rich and creamy desserts like ice cream more often then this is a healthier yet delicious option for you. A chilled layered parfait is all you need to satisfy those dessert cravings.
Ingredients
1 cup Mango flavored yogurt
1/2 cup Chopped Mangoes
1/2 cup Chopped Bananas
1 cup True Elements Raw Chia Seeds (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
1/2 cup True Elements Dried Cranberries
1/2 cup Chopped Mangoes
1/2 cup Chopped Bananas
1 cup True Elements Raw Chia Seeds (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
1/2 cup True Elements Dried Cranberries
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- In a glass/jar first add a layer of mangoes.
- Top this layer with Mango flavored yogurt.
- Top it with soaked chia seeds.
- Now add a layer of bananas followed by a layer of cranberries.
- Keep this jar/glass in the fridge for 30 minutes for the parfait to set.
- Serve chilled.
