3 tbsp True Elements Raw Chia Seeds
Half cup milk (preferably full cream milk)
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Add milk to the chia seeds in a jar.
- Let it refrigerate for couple of hours or overnight for chia seeds to absorb milk and swell into pudding consistency.
- Top the chilled chia pudding with pomegranates as an amazing combination.
