This is a wholesome breakfast full of fibers and protein. Try this easy recipe to kickstart your day.


1 cup Milk
1/2 cup fresh fruits of your choice
1/4 cup Dried Fruits and Nuts of your choice.
1/2 cup True Elements Whole Oatmeal
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a mason jar first pour milk.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Keep the jar in the fridge overnight.
  4. In the morning add fresh fruits and serve chilled.
