Chia pudding is always a great idea for breakfast. Gets ready quickly and tastes just amazing.


2 tbsp True Elements Chia Seeds
1 cup milk of your choice
Fruits of your choice

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Stir together your chia seeds and milk in a bowl.
  2. Once the chia pudding mixture is well combined, let it sit for 5 minutes, stir it once again to break lumps of chia seeds, cover, and put the mixture in the fridge to “set” for 1 hour.
  3. The chia pudding should be nice and thick.
  4. Add fruits and enjoy your chia pudding.
