A delicious thick granola shake that is super easy to make and is perfect as a post-workout drink.


1 chopped Banana
3-4 Almonds
3 tbsp True Elements Baked Granola Honey Crunch
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
1 cup Milk

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a blender, add the chopped bananas, almonds, granola, and honey and blend for 30 secs.
  2. Gradually add milk and blend till you get your desired thickness.
  3. Top with some granola and chill the drink before you have it for a great summer shake.
