Bircher Muesli is full of healthy ingredients, such as rolled oatmeal, fresh apples, nuts, and seeds. If you haven’t had bircher muesli before, then there are many reasons why we think you’re going to love it.


¼ cups of True Elements Nuts and Berries Muesli
½ apple
1 cup yogurt
½ lemon or orange zest
1 ½ spoon True Elements Raw Honey
Vanilla essence

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Take a bowl and add ½ grated apple and 1 cup of yogurt then add lemon or orange zest.
  2. Now add ¼ cups of True Elements Nuts And Berries Muesli and add 1 & ½ spoon of honey, add a few drops of vanilla essence and mix everything together.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture overnight and eat it in the morning.
