A great way to incorporate those green veggies into your breakfast! With the natural sweetness of fruits, you won’t even know it has spinach.
Ingredients
1 Banana
A handful of Spinach
1/2 mango
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey (Optional)
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
A handful of Spinach
1/2 mango
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey (Optional)
1 tbsp True Elements Protein Mix
Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)
- Blend everything except protein mix into a smoothie.
- Top it with the protein mix and serve it chilled.
