1 cup of True Elements Quinoa
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Water
Condiments as per preference
Veggies as per your choice
1 tsp Olive oil

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. Combine rinsed quinoa with water and bring it to boil. Cook it until quinoa absorbs water. Remove the heat and cover it to make quinoa fluffy.
  2. Once quinoa is cooled, combine it with Chick-peas, Bellpepper, Onion, Cucumber, and Parsley.
  3. Then take a small bowl and add olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Whisk it and add it to the quinoa mix
  4. Season it with black pepper or extra salt if necessary
