Garlic Honey Shots:

Recipe:

Grate about 100g of fresh ginger, squeeze out the juice of grated ginger in a container and add 1 teaspoon of honey.

Apple Cider Vinegar with Beet, Carrot & Ginger Juice:

Apple cider along with carrot and beet juice contains many nutrients, which keeps your heart healthy. The presence of beetroot and carrot in this drink is beneficial for keeping your vision healthy as it contains alpha and beta-carotene. Since it has a high content of carotenoid, it keeps the cholesterol levels in check.

Recipe:

Place 1 beetroot, 2-3 carrots and an inch of ginger in a blender jar. Blend it until it smoothes. Add half a cup of apple cider vinegar to the mixture. Take a strainer, strain the mixture and pour it into a container.

Mint shots:

Mint contains menthol which helps in relieving a sore throat. It is also a calming and soothing herb to cure indigestion. It has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that soothe and calms itchy and infected skin. Consumption of mint leaves helps in fresh breath.

Recipe:

Squeeze 2 lemons and keep it aside. Take few mint leaves, crush it and mix it with water. Add the lemon juice to the mixture and blend it in a mixture. Strain the mixture before taking out in a glass and serve healthy shots with 2-3 mint leaves on top.

Pomegranate & Mint Shots:

Pomegranates contain approximately 3 times more antioxidants than green tea and oranges. It improves the heart health, maintains blood sugar levels, prevents anaemia, helps in treating diarrhoea and dysentery. It is also proved to be beneficial in preventing skin cancer.

Recipe:

Take 1 pomegranate seeds in a blender jar, add 5-6 mint leaves and ½ cup of water.

Blend the mixture until all the seeds are cracked. Strain the juice before serving.

Recipe:

Crush about 7-8 cloves of garlic, add 1 teaspoon of honey to the crushed garlic and strain it in a container.
