1 Banana
¼ cup Milk
2 tbsp Fresh Fruits of Your Choice
1 tsp Peanut Butter 

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a mixer jar first, add half a cup each of banana and mango. Add 1 tbsp rolled oats.
  2. Now add milk and grind this to a smooth paste.
  3. Serve this smoothie in a glass and top it up with fresh fruits.
  4. Serve the smoothie chilled.
